As a Dispatch Clerk, you will be integral to our mission, supporting the smooth operation of our fulfillment centers by ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of orders.

What You'll Do

• Process incoming orders for dispatch according to established procedures
• Pack and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all necessary documentation is included
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and update records as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during the packing and shipping process
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding order status and any issues that arise

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment preferred but not required
• Aptitude for using technology, including computer systems and barcode scanners
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
