Position Summary
Uline Inc., a leading North American distributor serving warehouse and manufacturing customers, is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in Spring Grove, Illinois. This full-time position will be based at the company location with no remote work option.
What You'll Do
- Oversee general ledger, cost and inventory accounting, financial reporting, and controls across multiple sites.
- Partner closely with operations and finance leaders to drive accurate, timely reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration skills.
