About the Role
Join our Sector Insights Group as a Manager, Research and Evaluation for a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and delivering high-quality research and insights that influence policy and practice within the Ministry of Justice and beyond. You will lead a team to produce impactful evidence-based reports and analyses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of research projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic research priorities.
- Ensure all research outputs meet high standards of quality and are disseminated effectively.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as criminology, social sciences, or public policy.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in research and evaluation within the justice sector.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods.
