About the Role

Lead and grow an established Gifts in Wills program at The Westmead Institute for Medical Research (WIMR). Inspire supporters to leave a lasting legacy that improves lives for generations. Permanent full-time position based at The Westmead, with no remote work option.

Core Duties

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Gifts in Wills program
• Build and maintain relationships with potential donors
• Provide support and guidance to staff and volunteers involved in the program
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of the program
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in managing and growing a successful Gifts in Wills program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage donors effectively
• Experience in donor relations and legacy giving
• Knowledge of medical research and the importance of philanthropy in advancing medical knowledge
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
