Role Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a critical function within OSD Learning and Development. As part of the technical learning team supporting frontline and operational capability across Courts and Tribunals and National Service Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we plan, prioritize, and measure learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic learning initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Ensure alignment between learning objectives and organizational goals.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in training programs.
