About the Role
As a Quality Assurance & UAT Manager - Commercial Real Estate, you will lead enterprise-wide quality assurance and user acceptance testing initiatives that ensure successful delivery of business-critical technology solutions. You will be a valued member of the Technology and Product team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and product managers to drive quality and excellence in all projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of UAT processes for commercial real estate technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance strategies that align with project goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of new technologies or processes.
- Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and UAT within a commercial real estate context.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
