The Opportunity

Cognizant is seeking a Data Integration Lead to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide industrial data integration solutions that connect manufacturing operations with business systems. This role will be a key member of the Digital Manufacturing team, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow across different platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AVEVA PI Integration solutions for industrial data integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and optimize data pipelines to ensure real-time data availability and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management and integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members on AVEVA PI Integration methodologies and tools.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial data integration, with a focus on AVEVA PI.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing OT (Operational Technology) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
• Proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion, managing timelines and budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
