About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Specialist to join our team at Anderson Center for Autism. As a Behavior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for adults with autism and developmental disabilities by providing individualized support and interventions.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field required; Master’s preferred
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification is highly desirable
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and empathetic approach to work with diverse populations
- Aptitude for data collection and analysis
