What This Role Involves
The Human Resources Generalist will be a key player in delivering a wide range of HR programs and services. Responsibilities include leading departmental communications, administering leave management programs, supporting employee relations, advancing strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead departmental communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization
- Administer leave management programs in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Advance strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- A strong understanding of HR best practices and policies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management
