About This Position
BPM CPA is a leading accounting firm based in California (statewide) (statewide) with professionals across the country. We are seeking an experienced Fiduciary Accounting Manager to join our growing Fiduciary Accounting Services (FAS) practice. This role offers the opportunity to partner with firm leadership, work directly with attorneys and trustees, mentor staff across the U.S. and India, and play a meaningful role in expanding our Fiduciary Accounting Services practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams in technical fiduciary accounting engagements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor staff across the U.S. and India
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the FAS practice
- Participate in firm leadership meetings and decision-making processes
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fiduciary accounting
- Strong technical skills in relevant areas such as trust, estate, and investment accounting
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing client relationships
- Ability to mentor and develop staff
- Experience working with attorneys and trustees preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
