What This Role Involves
You will lead a team in partnership with your Store Manager to deliver best-in-class guest experiences. You will build connections and commit to bold objectives both in-store and within our communities. Your role involves providing the highest level of guest experience, working with a passionate group of product guides. You are responsible for creating a brand experience and developing a team that aligns with Arc’teryx’s Vision, Purpose, and Values.
