Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking and growing provider of stunning elderly care homes. As the Registered Care Home Manager for a medium-sized residential and dementia care home, you will manage a team dedicated to providing exceptional care in a GOOD-rated facility with an excellent CQC rating and superb reputation.
What You'll Do
- Educate, motivate, and lead the care staff to ensure high-quality care is provided at all times
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Develop and implement care plans that meet individual residents' needs and preferences
- Ensure a safe environment for both residents and staff
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address the medical needs of residents
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel effectively
Qualifications
- Nursing or Care Home Management qualification (or equivalent experience)
- CQC Registered Manager status
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a care home environment
- Experience with medium-sized residential and dementia care homes is preferred
- A caring, motivated, and compassionate attitude towards residents' well-being
