Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Receptionist/Front Desk Agent position within a hotel environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Affinity for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software
