Position Summary
The SP-Support Associate acts as the primary point of contact between Amazon and our Selling Partners (SP). The role involves providing timely and accurate operational support to Selling Partners who sell on Amazon stores. This position has a direct and immediate impact on the experience of both Amazon and its partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to SPs, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues related to order fulfillment, returns, and other operational challenges faced by SPs.
