About This Position
We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Kelly Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in Plymouth, MA, with no remote work option available.
- Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and production of products according to specifications
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some vocational training preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing or related field is beneficial but not mandatory
- Aptitude for following instructions and working in a team environment
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
