Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Product Transfer Operator to join our team at Kelly Services in Rincon, GA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $21 per hour and requires working the 1st shift from 6am-6pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work.

Core Duties

• Operate forklifts to transfer products efficiently within the facility
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace at all times
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Handle heavy lifting as required by the job role

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification is mandatory
• Prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments preferred
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
