The Opportunity

Refresco is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team. This role will be based in the United States and offers full-time employment without remote options.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently within designated areas of operation.
• Lift, move, stack, and store materials according to safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any issues immediately.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in forklift operation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials.
