The Opportunity

Cirquedusoleil is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stage Manager for our production of JOYÀ in Riviera Maya. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our performances, from rehearsals to live shows. The successful candidate will work closely with the creative team and performers to maintain schedule adherence, coordinate technical aspects, and manage all logistical elements.

Core Duties

• Oversee daily operations, including rehearsal schedules and performance logistics
• Coordinate with technical teams for set changes, lighting, sound, and special effects
• Ensure promptness of performers and crew members during rehearsals and performances
• Manage the production schedule and coordinate with all departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Handle emergency situations and troubleshoot issues that may arise during rehearsals or shows

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a stage manager in live entertainment productions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with performers, technical teams, and production staff
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling and documentation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
