Role Overview
This position is responsible for anticipating guest needs and providing exceptional service by processing check-ins/outs, assisting with reservations, and addressing guests' requests in a friendly, professional manner. The role requires adherence to B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group's high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Anticipate and exceed guest needs by providing creative solutions.
- Process check-ins/outs in a timely manner. <li-Assist guests with reservations and requests.
- Maintain high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work AM shifts, typically from 7 AM - 5 PM including some weekends and holidays.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
