We are seeking a driven and experienced Tavern Supervisor to join our team at Tanami. As the Remote Bar Supervisor, you will take ownership of a busy site tavern and create an environment where staff can thrive. What You'll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth running and efficient service.
• Create and maintain a positive atmosphere for staff and customers alike.
• Ensure all bar-related tasks are completed in a timely manner, including inventory management and cleaning duties.
• Support and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills needed to excel in their roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tavern Supervisor or similar role.
• A strong understanding of bar operations, inventory management, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Experience in managing remote teams is highly desirable.
