About the Role

The Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney is seeking a Graduate Research Case Officer to manage future High Degree by Research students from inquiries through to admissions. This full-time, continuing position offers a salary range of $107,312 - $115,686 plus 17% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries and manage the application process for High Degree by Research students
• Assist in the recruitment of prospective research students through various channels
• Support the admissions team in ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrolment
• Collaborate with faculty members to facilitate student engagement and support

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive and organized approach to work
• Experience in higher education or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated customer service experience
