The Opportunity

At Frontline Managed Services, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead our systems, data, processes, and team that enable marketing operations. As the leader of this critical function, you will own marketing technology, lead and deal management, data governance, performance reporting, workflow automation, and campaign infrastructure. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, strengthening visibility into performance, and ensuring seamless lead and campaign management from initial engagement through pipeline development.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the marketing operations team responsible for website support, account research, and campaign support.
• Elevate the marketing operations ecosystem by serving as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub architecture, workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, automation, and integrations.
• Manage the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Apollo, and other tools to streamline processes and enhance performance.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and other business functions to improve operational efficiency and strengthen visibility into performance metrics.
• Program manage key cross-functional initiatives, such as the integration of acquired brands, ensuring seamless alignment and execution across teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing operations with a focus on technology management and process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub architecture, workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, automation, and integrations.
• Adept at managing complex marketing technology stacks and ensuring seamless integration of tools and processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
