About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Subscription Operations Executive to support the end-to-end management of our subscription business. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, smooth coordination across departments, timely customer communication, and effective management of subscription maintenance and renewal activities.

What You'll Do

• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with various internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of services.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding subscription status, changes, and renewals.
• Manage subscription maintenance activities, including troubleshooting issues and resolving customer queries promptly.
• Renew subscriptions on time while ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and follow-up.

Requirements

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in subscription-based operations or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
