What This Role Involves
This position involves working as an Occupational Therapist in a school setting. The role will focus on providing therapy services to students with various needs, collaborating with educators and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of the students.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess student needs for occupational therapy interventions
- Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills of students
- Provide direct services as well as consultative support to teachers and other school personnel
- Document student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians
What You Bring
- A current state license in Occupational Therapy
- Certification in School-Based Practice (if required by the state)

- Pediatric occupational therapy experience or willingness to work with children
