Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist Registered to join our team at Stellar Senior Living. As an integral part of our vibrant communities, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by evaluating their needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based occupational therapy.

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to identify functional needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to improve function, safety, and independence
• Collaborate closely with nursing, rehabilitation, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Document resident progress accurately and maintain detailed records
• Educate residents and their families about the benefits of occupational therapy

Requirements

• Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in the state of Colorado
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with seniors or individuals requiring occupational therapy services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and residents
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
• A passion for improving the lives of seniors through therapeutic interventions
