The Opportunity
Bandwidth is seeking a Lead Toddler Guide to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Lead Toddler Guide, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging programs that support the holistic development of toddlers within our community. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
Core Duties
- Create and implement educational programs tailored to toddler development needs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive program delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.

Qualifications
