About the Role

This part-time position offers an opportunity to earn up to $1,000-$2,000 extra each month while working fully remotely. As a Benefits Services Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various benefits-related inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking assistance with benefits questions
• Assist in the processing of benefit claims and applications
• Maintain accurate records and update client information as needed
• Stay informed about changes in benefit policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Basic knowledge of benefits administration (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
