Position Summary
The PJ Dick-Trumbull-Lindy Group is seeking a General Foreman with concrete, grading and drainage experience for immediate openings in the Western Pennsylvania region. This role will be integral to our best-in-class heavy civil and highway construction projects.
<h2-Core Duties- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage field operations, ensuring that work is performed according to plans and specifications
- Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to standards
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients regarding progress and issues
- Proven experience in heavy civil/roadway construction, specifically concrete, grading, and drainage projects
- Strong leadership skills to manage field operations effectively
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
