The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional and dependable Client Support & Communications Coordinator to assist with day-to-day customer communication, service updates, and support coordination. This role is well suited to someone who is confident speaking with customers by phone, writing clear emails, and managing inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide timely updates on service status and progress to clients
- Coordinate support activities with internal teams
- Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and accurate
- Assist in the development and maintenance of client communication strategies
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Experience in a customer service or support role preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools is advantageous
