Position Summary

The Head of Mission Support oversees the effective and efficient operations of the Mission Support Department, encompassing Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and other related functions. This role is crucial for ensuring that all support services align with the organization's mission to provide residential care, crisis shelter, and student care services for vulnerable children, youths, women, and families affected by abuse, neglect, trauma, and difficult family circumstances in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide).

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Finance, ensuring financial health and compliance with regulations
• Management of Human Resources, including recruitment, training, and employee development
• Leadership of Information Technology to support operational efficiency and security
• Coordination of logistics and administrative services for the organization's operations
• Strategic planning and implementation to enhance departmental performance and impact
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure cohesive mission delivery

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a non-profit or similar organization
• Demonstrated financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
• Strong human resources expertise with knowledge of labor laws and policies
