What This Role Involves
The Retail Trainee role is part of our Supported Employment Program (SEP), designed to provide participants with hands-on retail experience. Trainees work in a small group setting (3-4 participants) alongside a Job Coach and the Retail Management Team, gaining essential skills in a real retail environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Handle inventory management tasks such as restocking and organizing
- Support the team in creating a welcoming shopping experience for all customers
