What This Role Involves

The role of a Trainee Optical Assistant is to provide exceptional customer service and support in our optical practice. You will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with the fitting and selection of glasses, and ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the store
• Assist with the fitting and selection of frames and lenses
• Process payments for products and services
• Ensure that all customer interactions are professional and friendly
• Support other team members as needed
