About the Role

This role will be based in India (nationwide) (nationwide) and involves providing exceptional customer service support across various platforms including phone, email, and live chat.

Core Duties

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns via multiple communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software preferred but not mandatory.
