Your Responsibilities

• Direct complex construction, infrastructure and projects transactions and advisory work for sophisticated clients
• Provide expert guidance on project risk, contracting frameworks, procurement and related dispute resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with blue-chip clients while generating new instructions
• Lead and develop junior team members to support practice excellence and growth
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the construction and infrastructure group in Sydney

What We're Looking For

• Established experience operating at Partner, Special Counsel or equivalent senior level within construction, infrastructure or projects legal work
• Ability to handle sophisticated matters for major clients with sound commercial judgment
• Demonstrated skill in business development and client partnership building
