Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with staging tools, equipment, and parts before and after service calls
• Support system inspections by removing access panels, cleaning coils and drains, and noting basic operating conditions under direct supervision
• Help perform filter changes, belt replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks on heating and cooling equipment
• Observe diagnostic procedures and learn to record temperature, pressure, and electrical readings accurately
• Maintain vehicle and job-site organization while following all site-specific and company safety rules
• Participate in on-the-job coaching sessions that reinforce proper repair techniques and industry best practices
• Document completed steps and return unused materials according to established inventory procedures

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in learning HVAC fundamentals
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, or outdoors in the Las Vegas climate
• Willingness to travel between local job sites and maintain a professional appearance
• Basic math skills for measuring and recording system data
• Clear verbal communication and a customer-friendly attitude
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred for timely site access
• Openness to ongoing training and feedback as part of a full-time learning schedule
