Montage is seeking a Room Attendant (Seasonal) for our luxury resort in Healdsburg, California. This is a full-time position where you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail in room preparation and maintenance.

Your Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites according to Montage's premium standards
• Stock and arrange guest amenities throughout assigned rooms
• Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues to management
• Respond promptly to guest requests while respecting privacy
• Maintain cleanliness in public corridors, lobbies, and common areas
• Follow all safety protocols and approved cleaning procedures
• Coordinate with housekeeping team to ensure efficient daily operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Professional communication skills and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality preferred
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts and varied schedules
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety best practices
• Dedication to guest-centered service excellence
