Role Overview

As a Relationship Banker at Wells Fargo's Dallas location in Prestonwood Town Center, you'll serve as a trusted banking advisor to our customers. Your role centers on opening accounts, understanding customer needs, and connecting them with the right banking solutions. You'll deliver exceptional service while driving customer satisfaction and business growth in our vibrant Dallas community.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Open new deposit and credit accounts
• Present banking products and services that match customer financial needs
• Process transactions and respond to customer service requests
• Develop customer relationships to build loyalty and identify additional banking needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all regulatory requirements
• Work toward individual and team sales and service goals

What You Bring

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfort working in a dynamic, client-facing banking environment
• Genuine interest in helping customers with their financial needs
• Professional presence and reliable work ethic
• Prior banking or retail customer service experience is a plus
