Pfizer is seeking an Associate Manager, Medical Communications and Content Solutions – Vaccines to join our remote team in India. What This Role Involves
You'll shape the narrative around Pfizer's vaccine initiatives by leading medical communication strategy and content development. Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute medical communication strategies for vaccine-related initiatives and product activities
- Lead the creation of scientifically rigorous, regulatory-compliant content for healthcare professional audiences and educational platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with medical, regulatory, commercial, and external stakeholders to align messaging and content delivery
- Oversee content projects from initial concept through final deployment, ensuring adherence to quality and governance standards
- Maintain current knowledge of vaccine science, healthcare communication regulations, and evolving best practices in the field
- Mentor and support junior team members in building medical communications expertise and capabilities
- Assess the impact and effectiveness of communication initiatives to inform future strategy refinement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, communications, or a closely related field; graduate degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in medical communications, healthcare content development, or clinical communications roles
- Demonstrated success managing communication projects with cross-functional teams and healthcare audiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication ability, with skill in translating medical complexity into accessible, actionable content
- Working knowledge of healthcare communication regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong cross-team collaboration
