Maintenance Technician

Nouria is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to work remotely from Massachusetts. In this hands-on role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment while working flexibly from home.

The Opportunity

This full-time remote position offers the flexibility to support critical maintenance operations from anywhere in Massachusetts. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll take ownership of equipment upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs, playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on equipment and systems to identify potential issues before they become problems
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and hand tools
• Document all maintenance work, including parts used, time spent, and maintenance performed
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and established maintenance protocols
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of equipment and work areas

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience
• Demonstrated experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a remote setting
• Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
• Proficiency with basic computer tools for documentation and communication
