Integritymarketing is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our Scottsdale, AZ team. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on core accounting and financial operations.
What This Role Involves
As a Staff Accountant at Integritymarketing in Scottsdale, you'll manage essential accounting functions that support our business operations. You'll prepare financial records, manage accounts, and contribute to month-end and year-end close processes. This role offers the opportunity to work with a professional finance team while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Record, verify, and process financial transactions accurately
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Maintain detailed financial records and supporting documentation
- Support audit processes and respond to audit inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments on accounting matters
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional accounting experience, including accounts payable and receivable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
