Prime System Solutions is hiring a Head of Sales - US Market to lead our sales strategy and revenue growth across the United States. This is a full-time remote position for an experienced sales leader ready to build and scale a high-performing sales organization.

Role Overview

As Head of Sales - US Market at Prime System Solutions, you'll own the complete sales strategy, execution, and performance for our United States territory. You'll lead a sales organization focused on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion while driving revenue targets and market penetration. This remote role offers the autonomy to build your sales function and the opportunity to shape how Prime System Solutions grows in one of our most strategic markets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities across the US
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability
  • Establish and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, pipeline goals, and market share objectives
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, distribution channels, and market entry strategies to expand our US presence
  • Oversee customer acquisition campaigns, sales cycles, and deal closure while ensuring customer success and retention
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to executive leadership

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, with a track record of building and scaling sales teams and revenue
  • Proven success closing enterprise or mid-market deals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of US market dynamics and experience launching or growing in new markets
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment with strong self-direction and time management
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
