About This Position

This Social Media Specialist role offers the opportunity to shape how Plaisio Computers S.A. connects with customers across digital channels. Working from our Magoula base in Attica, Greece, you'll develop and implement social media strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. The position combines creative content creation with data-driven decision making.

Core Duties

• Develop and manage content calendars across all social media platforms
• Create, edit, and publish engaging original content including text, images, and video
• Monitor platform analytics and produce performance reports to guide strategy refinement
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages with professionalism and timeliness
• Identify and engage with relevant communities to expand our online reach
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media best practices

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven ability to create compelling, original content that drives engagement
• Working knowledge of social media analytics and key performance indicators
