Choice Property Resources is hiring a full-time Business Development Executive & Salesperson to join our team remotely from Columbia, South Carolina. In this role, you'll drive new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and deliver consistent sales results in the property resources sector.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive & Salesperson at Choice Property Resources, you'll spearhead our growth strategy by identifying new market opportunities, developing key client relationships, and closing deals that expand our footprint in the property resources industry. Working remotely from Columbia, SC or elsewhere, you'll combine consultative selling with strategic relationship-building to achieve ambitious sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and prospect high-potential business opportunities in the property resources market
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to individual client needs and market segments
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial discovery through contract negotiation, closing, and account management
- Build and cultivate long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and key metrics using CRM and analytics tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and delivery teams to ensure client success
- Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform strategy
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and materials that effectively communicate value to prospects
Who We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success in enterprise or B2B sales, business development, or a similar role
