Associate – HEVA (Evidence Synthesis)

Sanofi seeks a dedicated Associate in Health Economics and Value Assessment focused on Evidence Synthesis to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This is a permanent, full-time position supporting the evidence synthesis function within Sanofi Business Operations.

Role Overview

As an Associate specializing in evidence synthesis at Sanofi, you'll contribute to the generation, synthesis, and analysis of clinical and economic evidence that informs decision-making across the organization. Working within our dedicated HEVA team, you'll participate in systematic literature reviews, evidence appraisals, and data synthesis activities that support product evaluation and health economics assessments. This role requires travel as needed to support business operations. You'll operate as part of a collaborative team, reporting to the HEVA team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive literature searches and documentation for evidence synthesis projects
• Extract, organize, and analyze clinical and economic data from published sources
• Participate in systematic review processes, including quality assessment and evidence synthesis
• Prepare clear, evidence-based reports and summaries for stakeholders across the organization
• Ensure quality control and adherence to evidence synthesis protocols and standards
• Support health economic analyses and modeling activities as required

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences, healthcare, economics, statistics, or related field
• Strong understanding of research methodology and evidence evaluation principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage detailed work with meticulous attention to accuracy
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Interest in health economics, evidence synthesis, or health technology assessment
