Verantwortlichkeiten
- Leitung von Kampfsportkursen für verschiedene Altersgruppen und Erfahrungsstufen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von strukturierten Trainingsplänen und -programmen
- Individuelle Betreuung und Förderung der Teilnehmer, insbesondere von Kindern im Alter von 3 bis 12 Jahren
- Kreative und motivierende Gestaltung von Trainingseinheiten
- Förderung eines positiven, respektvollen Lernumfelds
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Trainern und der Leitung zur Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards
Was wir suchen
- Leidenschaft für Kampfsport und Freude am Unterrichten von Kindern und Erwachsenen
- Kreative Ansätze, um jedem Teilnehmer die Freude an Bewegung und die Grundwerte des Kampfsports zu vermitteln
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
- Fähigkeit, klares und konstruktives Feedback zu geben und anzunehmen
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
- Motivation zur persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung
- Bereitschaft, kontinuierlich neue Lehrmethoden zu erlernen
- Erfahrung im Training verschiedener Altersgruppen ist von Vorteil
