About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential management consulting network in the DACH region. Our client seeks experienced business consultants to join as independent partners (not franchisees) serving mid-market clients across multiple industries in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role is based in Stuttgart and offers true partnership status with equity participation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own consulting practice as an equity partner within an established network
• Deliver consulting services to mid-market organizations across strategy development, sales effectiveness, process optimization, and sustainability initiatives
• Leverage proven methodologies, tools, and existing market references to acquire and execute client engagements
• Participate actively in knowledge sharing and collaborative projects with other partners in the network
• Shape the future strategic direction of the consulting organization as a partner with decision-making authority
• Build and maintain client relationships across diverse industries in the DACH region

What We're Looking For

• Proven management experience with operational leadership background
• Either existing experience as a management consultant or a clear vision for transitioning from corporate management into consulting
• Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in moderation and project management
• IT affinity and comfort working with digital tools and methodologies
• Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork despite working independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building your own consulting business
• Professional fluency in German required for DACH-region client engagement
