Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their AI-based sensing and robotics division in Berlin. You will lead initiatives to generate partnerships and build new business channels.
- Develop and execute business development strategy focused on revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and evolving customer needs
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities
- Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients
- Present advanced sensor and automation solutions aligned to client objectives
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Plan and execute projects with critical thinking to ensure success
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA preferred
- 3–4 years of industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record executing successful development strategies
- Focused, goal-oriented approach to business growth
- Experience in autonomous systems, AI, electric vehicles, logistics, or food supply chain is a plus
- Customer support experience is beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English required
- Strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and time management capabilities
