About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telecommunications technology client in Leipzig who is launching an innovative AI-powered voice assistant product for the consumer market. This is a rare opportunity to lead the complete market introduction and growth strategy for a new AI product—combining digital marketing expertise with traditional outreach channels.

As the Marketing Manager for this AI product line, you'll have full ownership of go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and channel development from day one. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to build marketing infrastructure for an emerging product category.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for the AI voice assistant product launch
• Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEA, and performance campaigns
• Design and implement offline marketing measures such as print, direct marketing, PR, events, and partnership programs
• Create targeted campaigns and communication concepts tailored to specific customer segments
• Coordinate external agencies and marketing partners
• Identify and test suitable distribution channels for customer acquisition
• Build strategic partnerships and multiplier relationships, particularly within healthcare, senior care, and wellness sectors
• Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and other marketing KPIs
• Continuously optimize marketing measures based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate closely with product development and executive leadership teams
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product development requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI offerings
• Support product positioning, pricing strategy, and business model evolution

What We're Looking For

• Several years of marketing experience, ideally with digital products, services, or B2C offerings
• Proven track record with digital marketing and performance campaign management
• Understanding of traditional and offline marketing channels
• Strong intuition for target audiences, communication strategies, and customer acquisition
• Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for testing new marketing approaches
• Confident working with metrics and data-driven campaign management
• Interest in AI technologies and new digital business models
• German language proficiency required for this Leipzig-based role
• Experience in senior care, healthcare, wellness, telecommunications, or complex B2C products is advantageous
