We are representing a confidential events and broadcast technology client in Frankfurt am Main who is expanding their operations across Germany and Europe. Our talent team is seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to drive business development and establish new sales channels for their premium event venues and production facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a growth-focused professional to shape market expansion strategies and build targeted customer acquisition programs in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive business expansion across multiple service lines including events, broadcast, and collaboration spaces
• Establish specialized sales channels focused on specific customer industries to penetrate new market segments
• Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential clients including corporations, agencies, and industry multipliers
• Design and execute sales campaigns with emphasis on industry-specific target audiences
• Build and maintain a strong partner network while organizing and conducting professional presentations and client viewings at premium locations
• Ensure CRM data quality, prepare regular reports, and analyze sales metrics to derive actionable recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Completed professional training or degree, ideally with focus on sales, marketing, event management, or comparable field
• Several years of experience in growth management, business development, or sales—preferably in events and media sectors
• Proven experience establishing sales campaigns and targeting specific customer industries
• Demonstrable success in lead generation, customer acquisition, and building long-term business relationships
• Convincing and charismatic presence with strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient with MS Office applications and experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
