Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Stuttgart for a newly created senior leadership role. You will architect the entire Google ecosystem strategy from the ground up, connecting performance marketing, search, data & analytics, and cloud infrastructure into a cohesive growth engine.

• Design and implement a comprehensive Google strategy aligned with long-term scaling and business impact
• Build the technical foundation from scratch: define the tech stack, establish necessary infrastructure, and drive both strategic and operational execution
• Serve as the organization's go-to expert for the Google ecosystem, monitoring emerging features and translating them into profitable business cases
• Establish sustainable KPIs and performance frameworks, creating a foundation for future team expansion
• Translate complex technical insights into actionable management reports and strategic recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven experience within the Google ecosystem with demonstrable success building channels or structures from the ground up
• Comprehensive knowledge across the entire Google universe: performance marketing, technical infrastructure, and Google Cloud
• Strong execution capabilities combined with strategic thinking; willingness to personally establish technical and operational foundations in the startup phase
• Data-driven approach with clear KPI thinking and ability to prepare precise reports for executive leadership
• High degree of autonomy, strong stakeholder management skills, and talent for communicating complex concepts clearly
• German language proficiency required for this Stuttgart-based position
